Any appointed Regulatory Agency is responsible for ensuring:

Applicants are genuine and fully qualified.
The existence of the company and the status of the applicant are genuine and true.
The applicant holds the position of manager and above in his company.
The company or applicant is a member registered with a regulatory agency

NOTE Validity of the Letter of Support is three (3) months from the date of issue.
