Malaysian representative offices in overseas countries that receive and process applications for the new and the renewal of PMA are as follows :
RECIPIENT AND ISSUANCE OFFICES AT REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES IN OVERSEAS COUNTRIES
- Consulate General of Malaysia Office, NEW YORK, AMERIKA SYARIKAT.
- Office of the High Commission of Malaysia at CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA.
- Malaysian Consulate General Office at HONG KONG, HONG KONG SAR (CHINA).
- Malaysian Embassy at JAKARTA, INDONESIA.
- Pejabat Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia di SINGAPURA, SINGAPURA.
- Pejabat Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia di LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM.
Applications will be forwarded to the Security and Passport Division, Immigration Department of Malaysia, Putrajaya for processing. The PMA production process will take three (3) to four (4) months after the application is received by the recipient office (the relevant Malaysian Representative Office).
NOTE
- Recipient and Issuance Ofices – Office that receive and process PMA applications in the same place
- Recipient Offices - Office that receive PMA applications only and will be processed at state's headquarter office.
