Businessmen and investors who regularly conduct trade and investment activities with APEC countries and are certified by designated regulatory agencies only.
UNQUALIFIED APPLICATIONS
APPLICANT HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED
The company or applicant has been blacklisted by the Royal Malaysia Police and the Malaysian Immigration Department
