Passport Issuing And Receiving Offices At National Representative Offices Abroad
Malaysian representative offices abroad that receive and process renewal applications as well as new PMA are as follows:
- 1. Consulate General of Malaysia Office in NEW YORK, UNITED STATES.
- 2. High Commission of Malaysia Office in CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA.
- 3. Consulate General of Malaysia Office in HONG KONG, HONG KONG SAR (CHINA).
- 4. Embassy of Malaysia Office in JAKARTA, INDONESIA.
- 5. High Commission of Malaysia Office in SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE.
- 6. High Commission of Malaysia Office in LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM.
Other National Representative Offices Abroad
Other national representative offices abroad are receiving offices for renewal/new PMA applications. Submitted applications will be forwarded to the Security and Passport Division, Immigration Department of Malaysia, Putrajaya for processing. The PMA issuance process will take three (3) to four (4) months after the application is received by the receiving office (the relevant Malaysian Representative Office).

- • Receiving Office – The office that only receives PMA applications and will be sent to their respective state headquarters for processing
