Please be advised that the Immigration Department of Malaysia will be updating the application conditions for eSP issuance on the MyPASS@JIM Portal, effective September 2025.

Employers/Applicants will only have their eSP applications approved if the submission is made before the existing pass expires.

If the pass has already expired, Employers/Applicants are required to appear at the counter of the respective Pass Issuing Office to pay a compound before any pass extension is permitted.
