Make, Falsify Or Amend A Document Or Endorsement |

Penalties 1. A fine of not less than RM30, 000 and imprisonment of not less than 5 years but not more than 10 years and shall also be liable to whipping of not more than 6 strokes. 2. Any person who makes any false documents: i. intends to avail itself or by any person; as a passport for the purposes of this Act (Passports Act 1966 Act 150) is a violation of section 12B of the Passports Act 1966 (Act 150). Penalties B. Section 12B of the Passports Act 1966 (Act 150) A fine of not less than RM15, 000 but not more than RM100, 000 and imprisonment of not less than 2 years but not more than 10 years and with whipping of not more than 6 strokes of rattan.
