Purpose
This Certificate of Identity is issued to stateless people who are Permanent Residents of Malaysia for the purpose of travelling abroad.
Validity
Five (5) years from the date of issue.
Required Documents
• Form-IM.45
• Two (2) passport size photographs of applicant (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
• Previous/Old Malaysia Certificate of Identity (for renewal)
