Q : What are the procedures to apply for a replacement of foreign worker who did not enter?
A You should get a letter from the Immigration office at any point of entry, where the worker is suppose to enter, confirming that the said worker did not enter Malaysia through that particular entry point. Then, you can submit the application for replacement by producing the following documents;
o Application Letter from employer
o Approval letter for ‘Visa with Reference'
o Original Payment Receipt
o Check-out Memo or
o Cancellation letter of Visa with Reference from Malaysia Mission Office (if required)
