Q : Where will the foreign detainees kept after they given order of removal?
A : All the foreign detainees will held in depot upon they been given order to be remove from Malaysia. There are 13 depots all over Malaysia (11 located at Peninsular Malaysia and 2 at Sarawak).

Q : What should i do so that i can visit them?
A : You will need to get a permission letter from the Immigration officer before you can proceed to the depot. Cases that occur at Klang Valley area will need to refer to the Depot Management and Deportation Division, Headquarters of Immigration Department located at Putrajaya. Other than that you will need to refer back to Enforcement Division, Immigration Department of each respective state.
(Extra information like detainee's body number or police report serial number will help you in locating the person)

Q : Is there anything i can do to help the detainees?
A : Yes. You can provide ticket to smoothen the process of removal. You will need to sent the TICKET ONLY to the officer who in charge of the removal. Discuss with the officer in charge to avoid any mistakes or misunderstood.
