VISION
ICT is the prime drive to management efficiency of immigration matters.
MISSION
To provide support services to the Immigration supervision.
OBJECTIVE
Excellence usage of Information and Communication Technology for Immigration.
FUNCTIONS
1. Assisting in accomplishing the Department's objectives and functions through quality information and communication technology.
2. Planning strategic information and communication technology for the Department.
3. Conducting and maintaining the Department's computer system, so that, it is always in excellent condition.
4. Assisting the Department in improving the service quality.

QUALITY POLICY
• To ensure the maintenance of computer is carried out according to computer yearly plan schedule.
• To ensure action on computer faulty complaint is taken within three (3) days.
• To ensure the automatic incremental back up and full back up procedures are carried out according to schedule.
• To ensure application on copy of documents and files are managed within seven (7) days.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
1. Administration and Finance Unit
• To manage Administration and Finance of the Division
• To manage and maintain office inventory
• To control managerial allocation of the Division
• To manage staff matters.
2. Application System Unit
• To administer computer modernization project of the department.
• To simplify the needs of the department through ICT
• Advisor to the department on ICT matters.
• Coordinate and implement prime ICT project in the Immigration head quarters and states.
3. Data and Network Management Unit
• Administer, supervise and monitor the operation system of the Immigration head quarters and states.
• Administer and supervise the main frame/data base of the department.
• To manage and supervise data entry service.
• To manage and supervise server/client operation of the department.
• To manage and monitor main frame and server/client security of the department.
• To manage and monitor ICT network service of the department.
• To ensure the ICT network of the department is always at optimum level.
4. Technical Support Unit
• To manage and coordinate technical assistant to the Department.
• To manage and monitor the installatin, testing and award of ICT component at all locations.
• Coordinate and manage maintanenace tools and software to all immigration office.
• To manage and monitor immigration desk help.
5. Quality and Application System Security Inspectorate Unit
• To draft and monitor policy documentation standard.
• To prepare a standard application development system guideline and procedure.
• To study and propose best practice on application system developement and maintenance.
• To ensure the system application is according to standard by superving testing and monitoring.
• To carry out inspectorate activities on efficency and security of the system application.
6. Archive and Record Management Unit
• Carry out acceptance, organization and record of applications forms from all Immigration offices and Immigration Atache.
• To manage the disposal and archive document.
• To manage Immigration document inquiry.
• To provide statistik for the department administration.
• To asisst various government agencies on citizenship information verification.
