   Functions

   Enforcing Immigration Acts 1959/63, Passport Acts 1966, Immigration Regulations 1963 and Anti Trafficking in Person Acts 2007

 

 

   Objectives

 

• To check the presence of foreigner that does not abide by Immigration Laws of Malaysia.
• To eradicate those activities that is against Immigration Acts 1959/63, Passport Acts 1966, Immigration Regulations 1963 and Anti Trafficking in Person Acts 2007.
• Acts swiftly, firmly, fair and effectively in caring out Immigration Acts 1959/63, Passport Acts 1966, Immigration Regulations 1963 and Anti Trafficking in Person Acts 2007

Goal
• To ensure the entry of Illegal Immigrants into this country are under control and checked to the minimum.
• To ensure Malaysian to abide all requirements and conditions as lay down under the laws in relation to employing foreign workers.
