What is Expatriate Application Enquiry System?

The system offers inquiry facility for applicant to access and check expatriate application status through Immigration website at http://ivisa.imi.gov.my/jkpd/Expatriate.jsp

Flow Process

It is encompasses all expatriate application enquiry, submission of application by employers to the Employment Pass Division. Applicant will be issued an acknowledgement letter with web reference number.

This reference number can be used to access the expatriate system for status enquiry. The web should project as following:

• Company's Name
• File Number
• Application Date
• Name of applicant
• Designation/Post
• Approval Date
• Status (Approved/Rejected/Defer/Under Process)

* The system is only for application inquiry purposes.

Procedure

The applicants may access the system by using particulars in the acknowledgement letter and web reference number for application enquiry.
