1.  FUNCTIONS

The Communications and Corporate Services division is responsible for the following:

    1. Manage public relations, including foreign delegations;
    2. Manage complaints and customer feedback;
    3. Manage publications like annual reports, newsletters, and other information to the public and
    4. Manage matters related to the parliamentary secretariat

2.  OBJECTIVES

    1. Establish the image of the Immigration Department of Malaysia through corporate communications and customer relationship management;
    2. Provide friendly, efficient and fast customer service;
    3. Manage customer feedback and complaints, and
    4. Be the secretariat for Post-Cabinet and Parliamentary matters relating to the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
