1. FUNCTIONS
The Communications and Corporate Services division is responsible for the following:
- Manage public relations, including foreign delegations;
- Manage complaints and customer feedback;
- Manage publications like annual reports, newsletters, and other information to the public and
- Manage matters related to the parliamentary secretariat
2. OBJECTIVES
- Establish the image of the Immigration Department of Malaysia through corporate communications and customer relationship management;
- Provide friendly, efficient and fast customer service;
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, and
- Be the secretariat for Post-Cabinet and Parliamentary matters relating to the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
