1.  OBJECTIVES

    1. Ensure that foreigners in Malaysia are managed properly and effectively based on the provisions of the Immigration Act 1959/63 Amended 2002, Passport Act 1966, Immigration Regulations 1963 and the laws, regulations and policies regarding the affairs of the Government of Malaysia regarding immigration laws for national security.
    2. Ensure that the production of Travel Documents for Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents is in accordance with the laws and regulations.
