1. FUNCTIONS
- Aims to achieve the objectives and functions of the department through information technology and quality service;
- Plans information and communication technology strategies for the Department
- Implements and maintains computer systems in the Department to ensure efficient computing services, and
- Enhances the quality of service

- Ensure maintenance of computers according to schedule
- Ensure that all complaints concerning the computer system are dealt with within 3 days;
- Ensure that the automated procedure of "Incremental Back Up" and "Full Back Up" are on schedule;
- Ensure that requests for copies of documents and files are managed within 7 days
