  Malaysia/Indonesia Border Crossing Pass
 
  Purpose
  • This document is issued to Malaysian Citizen residing in the Administrative District of Pensiangan, Tenom, Sipitang and Tawau in the State of Sabah and Lundu, Bau, Kuching, Serian, Simanggang and Lubok Antu in the state of Sarawak.
     
      Validity
  • One (1) year from the date of issue and can be used for Multiple Journey. Permission will be granted to stay in Indonesia 30 days for each entry.
     
      Conditions
  • Form - Im.98
  • Payment of RM20
  • Two (2) photographs of the applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  • Children below 12 years of age cannot be issued with a separate document
