Launched on the 13th February 1996, this program objective is as privilege for foreigner who married to Malaysian citizen and wanted to work in this country. The objective of this program is inline with the Governments' intention, to encourage foreigner to channel their expertise and experience in Malaysia, especially toward the development of this country.

Application can be made:
(i) Employment Pass Division, Immigration Department Headquarters; or
(ii) State Immigration Offices

Foreign spouse to a Malaysian with Valid Referred Visa (if related) are entitled for this program Legally Married under the Malaysian Law (Registered Marriage in Malaysia) Applicant must have a valid permanent job offer, self employed applicant are not valid for this program Applicant with Educational or Health Discipline shall have recommendation from related agency such as Ministry of Health or Ministry of Education.
