Employment Pass for Foreign Husband/ Wife That Married With Malaysian Citizen ( Spouse Programme)
 

Launched on the 13th February 1996, this program objective is as privilege for foreigner who married to Malaysian citizen and wanted to work in this country. The objective of this program is inline with the Governments' intention, to encourage foreigner to channel their expertise and experience in Malaysia, especially toward the development of this country.

Application can be made:
(i) Employment Pass Division, Immigration Department Headquarters; or
(ii) State Immigration Offices
