  Purpose
  • This document is issued to Malaysian Citizen and permanent Resident of Malaysia of Thai origin residing in the State of Kelantan, Perlis, Perak or Kedah for more than three (3) years.
     
      Validity
  • Six (6) months from the date of issue and can be used for multiple journey.
  • Validity cannot be extended
     
      Conditions
  • Form - Im. 92
  • Two (2) photographs of applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  • Payment of RM10.00
  • Particulars of children below the age of 12 years will be included in either parents Border Pass
  • Documentary evidence that applicant resides in either of the States mentioned
