Issued to foreigners who wish to enter for the purpose of engaging in short term attachment with any agencies. The validity of pass varies, but not exceeding twelve (12) months at any time.

Foreign applicant must be outside Malaysia at the time of application. The applicant is allowed to enter only when the pass is approved.
