  Purpose
  		• This card is only issued to Thai Nationals residing at the Border of Southern Thailand for the purpose of visiting the town of Padang Besar, Perlis between 6.00a.m until 10.00p.m
     
      Validity
  		• Three (3) months from the date of issue for holders of IM. 117A
  		• One (1) day for holders of IM. 117
  		• No payment is required
