  Restricted Travel Document
 
  Purpose
  • This document is issued to Malaysian Citizen from West Malaysia to travel within West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak only.
     
      Validity
  • Five (5) years from the date of issue and can be  renewed for another five (5) years.
     
      Conditions
  • Form G- Im. 90
  • Two (2) photographs of applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  • Old Document (if relevant)
  • Payment RM5.00 . Applications can be submitted at any Immigration Department in West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak by producing relevant documents.
