Purpose |

This document is issued to Malaysian Citizen from West Malaysia to travel within West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak only.

Validity |

Five (5) years from the date of issue and can be renewed for another five (5) years.

Two (2) photographs of applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm

Old Document (if relevant)

|
Payment RM5.00 . Applications can be submitted at any Immigration Department in
West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak by producing relevant documents.
