  Purpose
  •  
    		•  This document is issued to Malaysian Citizen for the purpose of travelling in groups between five (5) to 20 persons, to ASEAN countries only.
     
      Validity
  •  
    		•  Nine (9) months from the date of issue
    Only for Single Journey
     
      Conditions
  •  
    		•  Applicant must be present
  •  
    		•  Form H - Im.101A
  •  
    		•  Two (2) photographs of applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  •  
    		•  Payment of RM200.00 per group
  •  
    		•  Birth certificate are required for applicant born in Sabah and Sarawak
  •  
    		•  Entry evidence are required for applicant born in overseas
