  Purpose
  • Restricted Certificate of Identity is a travel document issued to Permanent Residents of Malaysia who are stateless. This document is used for the purpose of travelling between West Malaysia and Singapore only.
     
      Validity
  • Five (5) years from the date of issue and can be renewed for another five (5) years
     
      Conditions
  • Form I - Im.45
  • Two (2) photographs measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  • PAyment of RM300.00 for 5 years
  • Renewal payment of RM60.00 per year.
