  • What is this application system?
    This system enables enquiry of Expatriate Officer Post Application through website to fulfill public needs who always interact with Immigration Department for application of expatriate officers. Now application enquiry can be made through website at http://www.imi.gov.my.

  • Implementation Scope
    It covers all enquiry of expatriate officer post application. Employers will send their application to Expatriate Unit, Immigration Department Employment Division and will receive Surat Akuan Terima (Received Acknowledgement Letter). Nombor Rujukan Web (Web Reference Number) printed on this letter and can be used to make enquiry of expatriate officer application through JKPD Enquiry System in department website. It contain informations as follows:

    • Company Name
    • File Number
    • Application Date
    • Name
    • Post
    • Approval Date
    • Status (Approved/Decline/Delay/Processing)

    * This system is for application enquiry only.

  • Procedures
