  Certificate of Identity
 
  Purpose
  • This Certificate of Identity is a travel document issued to Permanent Resident of Malaysia who are stateless.
     
      Validity
  • Five (5) years from the date of issue and can be renewed for another five (5) years.
     
      Conditions
  • Form I - Im.45
  • Two (2) photographs of applicant measuring 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm
  • Payment of RM300.00 for five (5) years
  • Payment Renewal for RM60.00 per year
