5(2)

Entry into and departure from Malaysia at an unauthorized landing place, airport or point of entry.

FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
6(1)(c)

Enter and stay in Malaysia without valid Pass and Permit.

FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both, and shall also be liable to whipping of not more than 6 strokes.

15(1)(c)

Remain in Malaysia after expiration of the period of any Pass relating to or issued to him.

FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

55B

Any person who employs one or more persons, other than a citizen or a holder of an Entry Permit, who is not in possession of a valid Pass. i.FINE not less than RM10,000 but not more than RM50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both for each such employee;
ii.At the same time employed more than 5 such employees that person shall, on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than 6 months but not more than 5 years and shall also be liable to whipping of not more than 6 strokes.
55D

Any person who makes, forges or alters an endorsement or a document to be used as a visa, Permit, Pass or Certificate under this conviction. FINE not less than RM30,000 but not more than RM100,000 and to imprisonment for a term of not less than 5 years but not more than 10 years and shall also be punished with whipping of not more than 6 strokes.
55E

No occupier shall permit any ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT to enter or remain at any premises. "Öccupier", in relation to any premises, means any person having the charge, management or control of the premises. FINE not less than RM5,000 and not more than RM30,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both for each illegal immigrant found at the premises and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than RM10,000 and not more than RM60,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
2 years or to both for each illegal immigrant found at the premises.
56(1)(d)

Harbours any person whom he knows or has reasonable grounds for believing to have acted in contravention of this Act. FINE not less than RM10,000 and not more than RM50,000 for each person harboured and where it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the person has at the same time harboured more than 5 such persons that person shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than 6 months but not more than 5 years and shall also be liable to whipping of not more than 6 strokes.
56(1)(f)

Makes or causes to be made any false report, false statement or false representation in connection with any obligation imposed by this Act. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
56(1)(j)

Uses any Entry Permit, Pass, Internal Travel Document or Certificate issued in any other person as if it had been lawfully issued to himself. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

56(1)(k)

Obtains or attempts to obtain for himself or for any other person by making a false statement any Entrey Permit, Pass, Internal Travel Document or Certificate. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

56(1)(l)

Uses or without authority has in his possession any forged, unlawfully altered or irregular Entry Permit, Pass, Internal Travel Document or Certificate or other document issued under this Act, or any Permit, Pass, Internal Travel Document or Certificate or other document so issued on which endorsement has been forged or lawfully altered.

FINE not less than RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.

39(b)

Any person who without reasonable cause contravenes or fails to comply with any condition imposed in respect of, or instruction endorsed on, any Pass, Permit or Boundary Pass.

FINE not exceeding RM1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

12(1)(b)

Any person who impersonates of falsely represents himself to be or not to be a person to whom a passport or internal travel document has been duly issued.

FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
12(1)(c)

Any person who with intent to obtain for himself a passport, internal travel document, or an endorsement or visa on his passport, knowingly makes any false statement or produces any document which is to knowledge false in any particular.

FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12(1)(d)

Any person who without lawful authority, has in his possession any passport or internal travel document which has been obtained as a result of making any material statement which was false or misleading, or as a result of the production of false evidence. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12(1)(f)

Any person who without lawful authority, has in his possession any passport or internal travel document issued for the use of some person other than himself. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12(1)(g)

Any person who wilfully assists any person to enter Malaysia contrary to this Act. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12(1)(h)

Any person who wilfully assists any person to contravene this Act. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12(1)(i)

Any person who obstruct or hinders any immigration officer, police officer or officer of customs in the discharge of hos duty under this Act. FINE not exceeding RM10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

12A

Any person who with intent to obtain for any other person a passport, internal travel document, or an endorsement or visa on a passport, knowingly makes any false statement or produces any document which to his knowledge is false in any particular. FINE not less than RM10,000 and not more than RM50,000 and imprisonment for a term of not less than 1 year but not more than 5 years.

12B

Any person who makes any false document:
(a) intending it to be used by himself or by any other person; or
(b) that is used by himself or by any other person as a passport for the purposes of this Act.
FINE not less than RM15,000 but not more than RM100,000 and imprisonment for a term of not less than 2 years but not more than 10 years and with whipping of not more than 6 strokes.
